For example, our training components are the same for everyone, because the
principles and processes are universal, for every type and size of business. So the
"one-size-fits-all" approach works well, and keeps costs way down.

The training and group coaching component is like a fixed-price, all-you-can-eat
smorgasbord of programs. Take what you need, when you need it. The all-inclusive
fees mean your costs are 100% predictable and affordable. You're also welcome to
involve up to three members of your team fees are payable per business,
not per person.
Fees for our consulting and professional services strategic,
creative and production are based on our regular fee structure, but
with a substantial reduction because of our substantially reduced marketing costs.
It's a genuine win-win... we still make the same margins, while you enjoy
the savings. (It's called intelligent marketing!)
Training
and Coaching Package

online LIVE coaching calls and synergy groups to help you develop your
marketing plan and fine-tune your learning and strategies.
One-on-One Consulting and Professional Services Packages
Consulting and professional services are available in the following packages for
a monthly fee* payable in advance (through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover). Choose the package that suits you best. You can change up or down
as you need each month.
Any additional hours are charged pro rata at your selected package rate for that
month. All package fees are charged on multiples of 6-minute units. So you only pay
for the time actually used for a consultation or professional service, in 6-minute
increments. No need to try to find things to talk about simply to fill up an hour.
If a call takes 5 minutes, you pay for a single unit. Like any package deal, unused
units can't be carried forward to the next month. Use 'em or lose 'em. (Clients in
Australia: we pay GST for you because no foreign exchange transaction fees apply
to your purchases.)
Important Consulting and Professional Services are separate from the training
and coaching component of the program. So you can register for Consulting and Professional
Services packages at any time. We suggest waiting until you complete the training
before registering for Consulting and Professional Services to optimise your investment.
We're happy to work on the basis of projects rather than hourly billing. We take
a detailed brief, estimate the requirements and costs as accurately as we can, then
set a fee for delivering that result. This makes the cost predictable for you and
puts the onus on us to keep to that capped fee. If the parameters of the project
change, we need to agree on revised fees and charges before proceeding, naturally.

Once the work and fees are agreed upon, an initial payment of one-third of the total
is payable in advance. Another one-third is payable in monthly progress payments,
with the final one-third payable upon completion.
Terms
of settlement
Our terms of settlement are strictly net on presentation of invoice, which is emailed
to you as a secure PDF document. If payment is not received within two (2) business
days of invoicing, all work is suspended until payment is received.
